What are your standard shipping times?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Please note that climbing safety hardware is final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Wilderness Exchange ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. International rates and duties are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
