The Panorama M78 is the widest ski in the Madshus backcountry line, perfectly blending Madshus's Nordic heritage and modern backcountry exploration. This ski is meant to help you confidently head into steeper or trickier terrain with confident turns, excellent flotation, and efficient kick and glide.

 

The sidecut profile provides the tightest turning radius of any Madshus ski, helping you conquer steep terrain and multi-day tours. Interlocking strands of fiberglass and carbon fiber surround the entire core, producing excellent torsional rigidity, strength, and a lively response without adding on a bunch of weight. Coupled with the progressive sidecut, the triaxial construction leads to smooth turns and edges that hold their ground. An Omnitrack waxless base lets you efficiently kick, glide, and climb during long tours through changing conditions.
