The Story
Edelrid teamed up with some gumby called Tommy Caldwell to develop their Tommy Caldwell Eco Dry ColorTec rope, a cord ideal for big walls, big objectives, and big ambitions. This here is one of the raddest ropes on the planet.
First off, the TC Eco Dry CT boasts a literal bi-color weave, with half of the rope in purple and the other half in a teal blue. If you can't find the middle mark with this puppy, we're not sure what to tell ya. Thanks to being made on a braiding machine with 48 bobbins, this rope has a particularly fine sheath structure that offers peerless handling and extreme abrasion resistant despite its thin diameter.
1% of all worldwide proceeds of this rope fall directly into the coffers of the Protect Our Winters organization.
The TC Eco Dry CT also exits the factory with a 3D lap coil, enabling instant use without those cursed tangles.
