The Aspen is a minimal, ultralight backpack for multi-day trips designed specifically for people with boobs.
Symbiosis Gear has designed this pack to fit a wide range of bodies. Several women who are 5'2" and shorter as well as taller women up to 6'1" have tried it and found it to be super comfortable! These people had a range of bust sizes from A to DDD and the design of the backpack did not squish their boobs.
