Outpulse Mid GTX Hiking Boot - Women's

The mad scientists over at Salomon have finally done it. They've spliced a traditional leather boot with a contemporary trail running shoe, creating a lightweight, modern, fully-featured hiking boot.

Trail-ready out of the box, the Outpulse Mid GTX boot is an adaptable, dependable hiker built for day hikes and backpacking adventures with a lighter pack. Leaning on their trail running heritage, Salomon infused the Outpulse's midsole with Fuze Foam, a soft EVA delivering premium energy return and cushioning. Tucked into that midsole is also an Energy Blade, a lightweight TPU plate that works in cohesion with the soft and springy midsole to filter the ground and deliver a smooth, dynamic stride.

Gore-Tex protects your little piggies from the elements while an All Terrain Contagrip outsole shines on a variety of surfaces, delivering durability and confidence on tricky talus and loose scree. Finally, inspired by Salomon's ski heritage, the Outpulse Mid GTX boasts reverse camber technology - a curved midsole geometry - that keeps you rolling with a natural, propellant, and fluid stride.
