Vapor V Climbing Shoe - Women's

A precise, versatile, and best-selling shoe that marries a comfortable fit with climbing performance, the Vapor V Women's features fresh colors and mean chops on steep and overhanging terrain. Slightly softer and more sensitive than its sibling - the Vapor lace up - this shoe was built for bouldering, sport climbing, and technical face climbing. The Vapor V Women's features a modified fit to better suit lower volume feet and also utilizes softer and sticker XS Grip 2 rubber.

The Vapor V's split outsole allows for more flexibility than the Vapor lace-up, as well as a bit more comfort. The padded air mesh tongue ensures all-day cushioning, especially when the hook-and-loop velcro straps are cranked down to lock in that heel.

Downturned, supportive, sensitive, and moderately aggressive, the Vapor V will hold its shape as you tick off your projects on account of Scarpa's Bi-Tension system. The Bi-Tension system is a tensioned rubber wrap reaching down two sides of the shoe. It gives priority to sensitivity and subtle support. Specially adapted to Scarpa's slightly asymmetrical models, Bi-Tension runs under the front of the toes and draws down along the sides of the foot, leaving the center pad for sensitivity.
